Our Payments engineering team has implemented a fix for the delayed settlements impacting U.S. Sellers. While there still may be a slight delay in deposits being reflected on your bank statement, funds should arrive to your bank account by mid-afternoon.

We know that receiving your funds on time is critical to your business, and we apologize for any disruptions this might've cause.

We've identified an issue causing nightly settlements to be delayed for our U.S. sellers. U.S. Sellers with funds pending to be sent the evening of March 11, 2019 and to be received the morning of March 12, 2019, should expect delays in receiving these funds.

We'll post more updates and details as they come along while our Payments engineering team works to implement a solution.
