The issues affecting Square Card have been resolved.

For Sellers whose Square Card balance was automatically deposited to their linked debit card on 04/04/2019: you can view the affected Same Day Deposit from the Deposit Report on Square Dashboard by filtering to 04/04/2019. We reimbursed the fee associated with the deposit which you can see from the Deposits Overview tab of Square Dashboard under Other.

We apologize again for the disruption this caused today and we really appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this.

Our engineers have implemented a fix for the Square Card balance issue. Sellers should expect their balance and deposits to function as expected.

We have identified the issue affecting Square Card balances and our engineers are working to implement a fix. Please note that it may take 5-10 minutes for a payment to post to your Square Card balance.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting Sellers with active Square Cards where payments are being deposited to the linked debit card instead of the active Square Card balance. We'll be back with an update as soon as possible.
