Our Engineering team has implemented a solution for the issue affecting Square Card balance. Sellers can now initiate a manual deposit and view their balance in real time.

Unfortunately, some sellers still may experience a delay in Square Card balance availability. Please continue to note that the balance currently reflected in your app is the available spending balance. Any payment over that amount may result in a declined payment.

We've identified the issue causing Square Card balance updates to be delayed. Some sellers should expect balances to be delayed in reflecting new payments taken until our Payments engineering team works to implement a solution.
Please note: the Square Card balance currently reflected in your app is the available spending balance. Any transaction over the reflected balance may result in a declined payment.

Our engineering team is actively looking into the root cause of the issues affecting Square Card. While these payments aren't showing immediately, they are being captured successfully.
