Our team has identified the root cause of the issues related to in-app reporting, Square KDS order delays, and tipping errors. Our Engineering team is actively working on implementing a fix, and we are beginning to see some services recover.

Update
Our Engineering team is continuing to investigate issues related to loading in-app reports and Square KDS order delays. We are also looking into errors appearing when trying to add a tip without payment capture, or when adding a tip while capturing payments.

Reports can still be viewed from your Dashboard as a workaround: squareup.com/dashboard.

Our Team is continuing to investigate issues related to loading reports in the Point of Sale app and other Square devices.

As a workaround, reports can be viewed from the Online Dashboard: squareup.com/dashboard.

We’re also seeing a delay with Square KDS orders.
