Monitoring

We are seeing improvement in latency and decline rates, and Visa cards are now completing transactions as expected for cards issued by JPMorgan Chase. We’re continuing to monitor and will confirm in a future update once JPMorgan Chase has notified us the issue is resolved. Thank you for your continued patience.

At this time, our team continues to monitor elevated latency and declines causing some Visa cards to not complete transactions successfully. This is a result of an ongoing issue affecting JPMorgan Chase, and only cards from that issuer are affected. We recommend Sellers retry transactions associated with Visa cards and if problems persist, recommend their customers use a different card or payment method. Thank you for your patience. We will continue monitoring and providing updates as they occur.

Our team continues working on a disruption that is affecting transactions with some Visa cards. At this time both Payment Acceptance and Refunds are degraded. We advise Sellers to ask their customers to complete transactions using a different card. Thank you for your patience. We will continue providing updates as they become available.

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is impacting the Payment Acceptance of Visa cards. At this time we recommend our Seller advise their customers to try a different brand of card.
