Monitoring

We've received reports of an issue affecting Square Online and third-party integration orders using webhooks, resulting in some customers receiving text and email notifications for past orders. Our Engineering team has identified the root cause and implemented a fix to prevent any further distribution of older notifications.

If your customers happen to receive an outdated notification, they may disregard it. No additional payment has been deducted from your account.
