We are currently experiencing a disruption that is resulting in a short delay to some Square systems updating, most notably transaction reports, orders and tickets. We’re currently seeing delay times to update this information decrease, however sellers may still experience a brief delay between processing a transaction and the transaction appearing in sales history. Rest assured that these payments have been captured - the issue is with reporting systems updating to list those transactions in your sales history. We understand how important it is for your business for all of our services to be up and running, and our Engineering team is actively working on a fix.
