At this time, engineers have reported that all new and past transactions are now appearing on sales reports and receipts are printing. We are currently monitoring receipts being sent via SMS not arriving promptly. Cash-reported transaction reports are missing information in the details, but we expect that they will be updated and accurate within the next hour. We thank you for your patience.

Our engineers have implemented a fix for the disruption affecting sales reports and receipts not printing. New transactions will start appearing on sales reports and receipts will begin printing again. Previous transactions are expected to appear on reports soon. We thank you for your continued patience.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a disruption that is causing Sales Reports not to be updated promptly. At this time, Payment Acceptance isn't affected but Sellers may not see their transactions appear in their Transaction report immediately. We understand how important it is for your business for all of our services to be up and running, and our Engineering team is actively working on a fix.
