Our engineers are continuing to investigate the disruption which is impacting Menu Replication and Gift Card balance syncronisation for our Square for Franchises Sellers. Whilst we work towards a fix, we would kindly ask impacted Franchise Sellers to refrain from making any updates in their Franchise Suite Dashboard. We appreciate the patience of our Franchise Sellers, and we will continue to post updates here as soon as we have them.

Investigating

Whilst investigating the disruption affecting our Square for Franchises multi-location sellers, our engineers have established Gift Card balance synchronization is also affected. At this time, sellers will not be able to utilize the Menu Replication feature and Gift Card balances will be incorrectly displayed across locations. We understand how important it is that all Square services are functioning as expected, and we appreciate the understanding of our Sellers while we work towards a resolution.
