The issues we experienced today causing new payments not to show on the Transactions tab and with issuing refunds have been fully resolved.

New payments will show up in Transactions now and refunds will be able to be issued without error.

We know how important it is for your funds to show up immediately into your balance and we apologize again for today's disruption.

Monitoring
Payments from today are catching up now and showing on the Transactions tab. Additionally, the error of "We're sorry, but something went wrong" will not show when going to Transactions moving forward.

If you were experiencing issues issuing a refund, you should also now be able to issue one without the same error.

Thank you for your patience as we implemented this fix and we'll be back for one final update when it's fully resolved.

Identified
We've identified the cause of payments not showing on the Point of Sale app/Dashboard and have implemented a fix.

We'll update again as soon as we know more.

Investigating
We're investigating reports of payments taken not showing up in Transactions on the Point of Sale app/Dashboard.

You may receive an error stating: "We're sorry. but something went wrong" when navigating to Transactions. Engineering is looking into what is causing these transactions to not show and we'll be back to update as soon as possible.

These transactions are still being processed and do not need to be run again.
