Our upstream banking partners have resolved the issues they were experiencing today, and Instant Transfers are behaving as normal. If you have initiated an Instant Transfer during the outage, you should see the amount added back to your Square balance now.

Our upstream banking partners have resolved the issues they were experiencing today, and Instant Transfers are behaving as normal. If you have initiate an Instant Transfer during the outage, you'll see the amount added back to your Square balance within the next hour or so and be able to initiate transfer again.

We know that receiving your funds on time is critical to your business, and we apologize for any disruptions this caused.

Our Engineering team has confirmed Instant Transfers are behaving as normal. While there still may be a slight delay in deposits being reflected on your bank statement, funds should arrive to your bank account shortly.

Investigating
We're investigating reports of delayed Instant Transfers. Our Payments Engineering team was able to confirm with our upstream banking partners that they've experienced a delay with their transaction processing. Rest assured that initiated transfers will eventually be deposited once the fix is implemented.

We'll post more updates as we receive them while our Payments Engineering team works to implement a solution.
