Our team has confirmed reports of instances where Sellers are unable to settle tips that originated from Paper Receipts that originated on our iOS Square Point of Sale application. We will continue working on providing a solution and will update here once we have more information to share.

We have received reports and can confirm that some Sellers are receiving errors when attempting to settle or add tips to payments on Square Point of Sale and Square for Restaurants.

Our engineering team is aware of this issue and is working on a resolution.
