Between October 17-19, a technical issue with our banking partner resulted in some Visa card transactions (processed between October 7 - October 19) not being properly deducted from buyers' account balances or refunded to buyers' account balances, even though payments and refunds were successfully processed by sellers. While sellers have correctly received, or refunded, all funds and their accounts are accurate, some buyers may notice their account balances have not yet reflected these completed transactions. We are working with our banking partner to correct these account balance discrepancies and expect transactions to post on buyers’ accounts over the next couple of days.
